Allysha Lavino is a spiritual seeker, history geek, writer, and world traveler born in California to a long line of adventurers. From a young age, her family encouraged her passion for history, culture, language, and spirituality. Studies in psychology and lifespan development taught her to examine the way we operate as human beings and to apply science to larger questions like finding joy, purpose, and meaning, while intensive training in Nature-based spirituality and shamanism offered deep insight into the interconnected world and our place in it.
